NB:- Please check with club Instructors or Sensie Jim Barnett when classes/practice is being held to avoid disappointments.
Saturday morning classes are primarily for junior classes training in the art of Aikido and self defence. Seniors will also be practicing with the emphasis on seniors bringing their experiences and passing on this knowledge to junior students.

I addition to the above Instructors other Dan grades bring their valuable experiences and technical skills to the club where they are always keen to pass on their knowledge to beginners and senior students alike.
If you are interested in practicing Aikido why not call in to any of the Shin-Gi-Tai clubs where you can view Aikido first hand and speak to any of the club Instructors, of which you are assured of a warm welcome.
